Dr. Stephanie Snow
Dr. Stephanie Snow is a registered clinical psychologist in Nova Scotia, practicing within the public health system and through her private practice, Hatch Psychology Inc. She has over a decade of experience with PCOMS and the Outcome and Session Rating Scales, having been introduced to them during her graduate training and eventually being designated as an Approved PCOMS Trainer in 2026. Her commitment to using and training others in PCOMS is grounded in the value of listening well—using PCOMS to stay close to what helps clients move forward and learning directly from their experiences of care. Stephanie is grateful for the continued opportunities to help fellow practitioners wrestle with their wonderings about these scales, and find ways to effectively and meaningfully use PCOMS to enhance care delivery.
