4 Secrets of Implementation

Recommended PCOMS Implementation Training

Implementation of the Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS) requires an ongoing organizational commitment to training, data collection, and supervisory support of front line clinicians. The training process begins with a two-day training experience for front line clinicians and a one-day training for supervisors and managers. All trainings are available online.

This training is followed up with 6 monthly 1½ hr phone consults.

Optional

Building a Feedback Culture: A workshop for support and administrative staff
Getting the Board Onboard: A workshop for Board Members

Email barryduncan@betteroutcomesnow.com for more information and to review the Readiness Checklist. Training available in Spanish by Certified Trainer Barbara L. Hernandez.

Also optional but recommended is the Training of Trainers Conference (TOT). Organizations that send people to the TOT and cultivate their own internal PCOMS trainers have the most implementation success.
